Cellebrite donates £26k to COPS
Thursday, 18th June, 2026
Cellebrite DI Ltd a global leader in AI-powered Digital Investigative and Intelligence solutions for the public and private sectors, announced a £26,000 donation to Care of Police Survivors (UK C.O.P.S.) during Cellebrite's C2C UK event, which brought together law enforcement, government, defence and private sector leaders to explore how digital intelligence is shaping investigations, security and decision-making.
The Company also recognised the investigators who worked the triple Bedfordshire murder case for their remarkable efforts to prevent additional harm to the community. In addition, the two Lancashire investigators who worked a high-profile case that locked up a dangerous child predator were recognised among their peers for being the 'Case of the Year' winner at the Cellebrite JUSTYS in April 2026 in Washington, D.C.
The £26k donation will help support the mission of UK C.O.P.S., a charity dedicated to supporting the families and loved ones of UK police officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty. The charity provides bereaved families with practical and emotional support to ensure survivors have the help they need following a tragedy and that they remain part of a connected police family.
"A heartfelt thank you to Cellebrite employees for their support and for also providing this opportunity to highlight and showcase the work that we do for the families who are at the very heart of our mission," said Lisa Meads, CEO of Care of Police Survivors (U.K. C.O.P.S.). "Each contribution helps us to continue to provide vital support to families navigating an unimaginable loss. Partnerships like this not only fund our programme but also remind surviving families that they are not alone and that the policing community stands with them."
Cellebrite also donated to US Concerns of Police Survivors, contributing a total of $67,500 across both charities to support the family members of fallen officers.
David Gee, Chief Marketing Office from Cellebrite, said: "Supporting organisations like UK Care of Police Survivors is deeply meaningful to everyone at Cellebrite. We work in support of law enforcement professionals every day who dedicate their lives to protecting communities. We are honoured to support the families of those who have lost their lives in the line of duty and to help UK C.O.P.S continue their incredibly important mission."
The donation was made at C2C UK, an event featuring expert-led training and keynote sessions, including discussions on major criminal investigations and emerging technologies such as Cellebrite Genesis and Guardian Investigate.
C2C UK is part of Cellebrite's broader global customer engagement programme, inspired by the Company's annual C2C User Summit and Digital Justice Awards ("The JUSTYS") in the United States, which brought together attendees from nearly 30 countries to recognise excellence in digital investigations.
