British Heart Foundation Challenge events are a great way to push yourself to the limit while raising vital funds for the nation's heart charity.
2010 sees our first ever Coast to Coast Cycle Challenge, the return of both on and off road rides from London to Paris, the Exmoor Bike Marathon and exciting World Experiences like the Rajasthan Bike Ride.
We've got lots of walking challenges too, with the Brecon Beacons Challenge this September, Chilterns Way Challenge in October and High Peak Trail Winter Challenge returning for the 19th year in November.
Whatever you're looking for, we've got an event for you. And, quite simply, we can't find a cure for heart and circulatory disease without you.
Heart disease can affect anyone at any time. Help us find a cure for the UK's biggest killer so that we can save the life you love.
