Hornets Lift Off at The Wrap

Balloons in Watford FC's red, yellow and black will be launched into the sky on the 14th October, to mark the opening of Origin Housing's latest affordable development, The Wrap at Watford Football Club.

Sir Bob Kerslake, Chief Executive of the Homes and Communities Agency, will officially open the Wrap, in the presence of over 60 guests, including The Elected Mayor of Watford, Dorothy Thornhill, Councillor Bernard Lloyd, Chairman of the Hertfordshire County Council, and Stephen Marshall, the highly acclaimed architect behind the scheme. After toasting the new Intermediate Rent development, each guest will be invited to the release a helium balloon, before being offered a tour the show stopping new development.

Tenants have already begun to move into the new development, which offers 164 one and two bedroom Intermediate Rent apartments, all 'Wrapped' around the stadium, home turf for the city's beloved Hornets and Saracens. All apartments come with an impressive high standard of specification, and there is even an on site estate management service. Rentals start from £520 PCM for a one bedroom apartment. Interested parties are advised to call Origin Housing on 01923 234483.
