Western Division based in Harlow, serving Harlow, Brentwood, Epping Forest Districts.
The post holder will have the responsibility for managing the divisional property function, ensuring that all property offices within the division manage detained, found and lost property in accordance with Force Policies and guidelines and by the correct use of the Property Management System (PMS). In addition you will be responsible for the daily supervision of property office staff, managing their absence, welfare, discipline, capability, PDR completion, and training.
The role will also be the divisional lead in all matters relating to property, and will involve in dealing directly with senior officers, members of the public, internal departments and external agencies especially in matters relating to property return, disposal and complaints.
