We are looking for a highly motivated individual to undertake this pivotal position within the Central Ticket Office team. The successful candidate will provide first line ‘troubleshooting’ and problem solving role. They will also provide operational knowledge and understanding of systems to ensure that the team operates at its most effective.
The successful candidate will have significant understanding of a busy administrative environment, together with previous supervisory experience. Keyboard and computer literacy are essential, as is the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage a high and diverse workload. The ability to motivate and organise staff, effective interpersonal communication skills and a flexible approach to work are also essential in this busy and expanding office
Interviews will be held on Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th January 2008.
