You will undertake the preparation and service of foodstuffs and ensure that quality is maintained at all times. You will compile and place orders and ensure that the service area is well stocked and that the dining room is maintained to a high level of cleanliness. You will also take monies from customers and control wastage, costs, portion sizes and stock.
To be considered you will need a Basic/intermediate Food Hygiene Qualification and previous experience of Industrial Catering. You will have previous Customer Care Training, Health and Safety Training and City and Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent.
