The Criminal Justice Unit are looking for two administrators to join their Prosecutions Team in east Surrey.

The role will essentially be to provide an efficient clerical and administrative support service to the Unit. Duties will include maintaining accurate computer records and databases, maintaining paper based files, collating documents, filing and photocopying. In addition, there will also be responsibility for responding to general enquiries in a courteous and tactful manner as well as liaising with police officers, lawyers and magistrates courts on a regular basis.

It is essential for applicants to possess well developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills and experience of dealing with telephone enquiries from the public. Good written communication skills are a must, as is a general computing competency. Previous administrative experience would be an advantage.
