The IT Service Desk is the first port of call for our customers, receiving on average 300/400 calls a day. This is a very busy team with excellent job satisfaction, playing a key role in the IT Department.
You will have proven experience of working on a Service Desk with the ability to identify, prioritise faults and allocate to relevant internal and external support teams. You will also have a basic knowledge of Service Level Agreements.
The key skill areas that we are seeking are team working, communication (both verbal and written), customer service, problem solving, information management and technology and personal responsibility.
