Our Logistics Unit is directly responsible for making sure we know exactly what human resources we have available at any given moment. As part of a small and energetic team, you will assist in managing the duties of over 800 police officers and staff by performing a wide range of administration tasks.
Working closely with other members of the office you will keep track of annual leave, sickness, court warnings and courses via our extensive database system and take responsibility for keeping this information 100% accurate. Working with police employees of every rank and grade, you will gain an understanding of the diverse shift systems we operate and how to ensure we offer a good work life balance.
Ideally, you will already be working in a busy office with individual responsibilities, with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to juggle multiple enquiries. Due to the fact that you will be dealing with a large amount of data, good IT skills and a high level of accuracy are essential. You will be adept at processing information, while maintaining precise records and professional standards.
