Detective background, Experience of Priority Crime investigation Knowledge of intelligence processes.
Ident packages – preparing the package for action i.e. research on suspect, linked offences, property lists, taking statements in conjunction with Case Investigators etc. (There are quite a number of ident packages that need progressing)
Secondary investigation in conjunction with CIMU, in particular checks on financial items stolen, usage and possible evidential opportunities such as CCTV Cross border intelligence – in conjunction with AIT Forensic opportunity compliance such as Footwear impressions
