Funding and Partnership Development Officer - Nettleham
Working within the Strategic Development Department at our Force Headquarters, the successful candidate will maximise Lincolnshire Police engagement in identification of and application for grants, sponsorship and other external funding sources, which would benefit the Force through enabling it to better fulfil its own policing priorities and those of its Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnerships (CDRP’s). You will also manage, monitor and control the Lincolnshire Police Authority’s community fund.
You will possess an NVQ Level 3/4 in Business/Finance Administration or experience in a similar role. You must also hold a Full Driving Licence.
You will have a proven and quantifiable track record in successful funded projects, previous experience of research, basic financial management and administration of funded projects. You will also be able to demonstrate lateral vision and a logical process for solving problems and making reasoned decisions.
You will also have excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills, along with the ability to develop working relationships.
