You must be able to:

You must have satisfactory attendance and no current disciplinary or other pending warnings.

Desirable skills and experience:
• Recent experience in a customer service role
• Recent experience as a police enquiry centre officer, communications assistant, switchboard operator or crime/help desk operator
• OCR Diploma/Certificate in Police Service Communications or be actively working towards achieving this qualification or an NVQ in customer service or equivalent.
• Experience in a supervisory role
• Management qualification
• Four GCSEs or equivalent, including English
• Tutoring experience
• Knowledge of Force policies, procedures and systems

You will work a rotating shift pattern basis working on average 37 hours paid per week throughout the 24 period – Monday to Sunday inclusive. You will be on a Prime Time contract. (Please see leaflet in application pack)
The position is also available on a Job share basis working an exact split of the fixed Team Leader shift pattern
