37 hour week Reference No H01/12
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to undertake this pivotal position with the Justice Support Management Team. Responsible for first line management, the successful candidate will be:
educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with a grade A-C in English Language
in possession of, or working towards, a recognised supervisory qualification
able to demonstrate excellent communication skills
able to demonstrate significant experience in a busy administrative environment
able to prioritise and co-ordinate workloads of staff
computer literate with experience of a wide range of software packages
self motivated with the ability to motivate others
able to work under pressure and strict deadlines
able to use own initiative
committed to their own personal development and to that of their team
