Our client is currently looking for an individual who can oversee a Family Support Group Project and support vulnerable individuals.
The ideal applicant with be responsible for:
- Attending Anti Social Behaviour Operational Group Meetings
- Assessing underlying problems to identify support needs
- Coordinating existing services and filling support gaps with specialist provisions
- Monitoring the referral processes with respect to case work
- Evaluating referral outcomes with respect to individual referrals
Ideal applicants will have the following experience:
- Working with families
- Working in a multi-agency setting
- Administrative and IT Experience
- Working within community work/community safety
