An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join the Human Resources Department of Wiltshire Police in Devizes in a full time position, working 37 hours per week.

As Recruitment Co-ordinator you will play a key part in the Recruitment Team ensuring that all Force recruitment requirements are met from application through to appointment, ensuring applicants and Force Departments receive a timely and efficient service throughout the entire process.

You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to deal with a wide range of people both internally and externally to the Force. Experience of working within a busy administrative environment is essential and the successful candidate will need the ability to act on their own initiative, prioritise workloads and the ability to work to tight deadlines is essential. A thorough working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel is also required with the ability to write reports and letters in response to queries together with the ability to maintain database packages.
