Due to staff progression an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Recruitment Team based in Force Headquarters at Nettleham.

Confident and flexible with a willingness to learn, you will be qualified to NVQ level 3 in Business Administration or have substantial experience in a similar role.

Working within our Recruitment Team, this is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to pursue a career in recruitment and human resources and we encourage the development of individual skills.

You will provide high quality, customer focused co-ordination and support to the Force’s recruitment process, ensuring an efficient recruitment and selection service for both internal and external customers.

You will have experience of data entry and retrieval. You will have an organised approach to your work and have a good attention to detail. You will be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative. Experience of working within a recruitment based role and carrying out research is desirable.

You will possess good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with other members of staff, police officers and members of the public.
