You will be required to prepare meals whilst maintaining a good standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
Previous experience of catering and the ability to supervise staff are essential.
You will also have obtained City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent, and have knowledge of the current Food Hygiene Act. Additionally, you must possess a Health/Hygiene Certificate.
