ICT Service Desk Senior Advisor - Server & Applications
Salary:£24,617 pa, plus 20% rotating shift allowance and 13.5% weekend working allowance, progression based on performance
Hours: 37 hours per week

Together with the existing Senior Advisors, you will act as the technical lead within the Server & Applications team within the Service Desk, which takes over 8000 calls per month. You will manage the response to all incidents received within the Service Desk and provide a solution where possible. Providing advice and training to other Service Desk Advisors in specific technology and process areas, you will act as the nominated incident manager on duty on a rotational basis.
Vocational training or previous experience within an ICT operations or Customer Services environment is essential, as are excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The Service desk will be operating rotating shifts covering 24x7, and the ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends is essential. Experience of working in a supervisory capacity within an ICT Service Desk environment is desirable, however the ability to develop supervisory responsibility is essential.
