What will the individual be doing/ Day to day duties:
Responsible for the placing and retrieval of film from Red Light Cameras. Identifying offenders and processing Notices of Intended Prosecution and associated paperwork.

Responsible for the preparation, process and input of all Notices of Intended Prosecution and associated paperwork within the legally required timescales.

Maintain and update all relevant records on CEU/Proscot systems and provide management information.

Prepare and submit summary offence details to CRIME RECORDING CENTRE

Carry out function checks of equipment and power supply unit at camera locations, identify faults and report same to NETWORK RAIL Peek Traffic Systems

Maintain filing systems for fault reports. Unload collected/received exposed evidential film in darkroom and reload cassettes ready for further use. Package exposed film (production) for processing and complete entry to production register. Transfer film to processing Lab and collect processed film.

View processed film, record findings and identify offending vehicles.

Meet with offenders/solicitors/agents acting on their behalf, who wish to view evidence at AHQ.

Transport and set up viewing equipment at various courts for court proceedings.

Attend court as a prosecution witness.

When required photograph level crossing sites and prepare detailed measurement of approach warning signs and road layout.
