You will develop services in response to customer feedback and performance analyses, using information technology to measure customer response reporting on issues of complaint, contact, service failure, satisfaction and process deviation. You will undertake the corporate management of the Branch as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and represent the branch within the force.
With senior management experience, knowledge of performance management systems and the ability to exercise initiative within complex policy and corporate issues, you will develop innovative solutions to achieve change and tailor strategies to meet customer needs. With previous experience of planning and management within a complex organisation, you will prioritise issues, delegate work, set targets, monitor performance and liaise with colleagues at all levels. Experience of project management, financial control, budgetary procedures and monthly ledger close down are also essential to this role. Having developed procedures for the control of financial operations reflecting strategic requirements you will demonstrate the ability to quickly assimilate information and keep up to date with legal and technical changes in finance field. It is desirable that applicants should hold a suitable finance related qualification, degree or equivalent, ideally an approved (CCAB) accountancy qualification.
Applicants must possess a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
