The post holder will provide an efficient comprehensive professional purchasing service for the Area in accordance with corporate policies and financial procedures.
The post holder will provide day to day support to and training of non finance staff to assist them in respect of the procurement of goods and services, management of devolved budgets, making best use of resources and compliance with corporate policies and financial procedures.
