Finance Officer - Kidlington
A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Finance Officer within the Business Unit of the Crime Support Department. You will be required to provide an efficient and effective administrative support to the Business Manager and Senior Finance Officer in respect of the management of the Department’s devolved and non devolved budgets. In particular to receive, process and analyse financial data and make recommendations for expenditure.
Educated to GCSE level C in Maths and English (or equivalent qualification), you should be competent in the use of Microsoft Office products and have experience working in a Finance environment. You must have excellent organisational and communication skills as you will be required to work on your own initiative, making decisions where appropriate and also be part of a small team, with an ability to supervise others. You should be able to prioritise heavy workloads, meet rigid deadlines, and be meticulous in record keeping and a methodical worker.
