You will review policy decisions as directed by the Command Team, supervise staff and assist in the recruitment and selection process, deployment, appraisal, sickness and professional development.
With the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, you will plan, assess priorities, manage workloads and make decisions. With experience in Microsoft Office applications and in leading the development of policies and procedures, you will provide advice and guidance to management, colleagues and service partners.
