Dyfed Powys Police Authority wishes to appoint an Assistant Chief Constable to join the Force’s new Chief Officer Team in driving the delivery of a top quality service for its communities. As one of the country’s highest performing forces, we need a citizen focused individual with a proven track record in performance delivery, who is committed to the challenge of being the Assistant Chief Constable of the Force responsible for delivering policing services to the largest geographical area in England and Wales.
Having successfully completed the Strategic Command Course, you will provide dynamic leadership internally and collaborate with neighbouring forces in a well established regionally delivered serious crime agenda.
We are looking for an ambitious individual, with strong communication skills, strategic vision, drive and energy. The successful candidate will be supported in their professional development within the key areas of business in Dyfed Powys Police.
