We have a new and exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our senior management team as a Call Centre Manager.

Nottinghamshire Police is investing in an industry expert to assist its growth and desire to become a leader in the call centre arena.

You will be responsible for the performance management of 2 call centres, a switchboard function and a number of back office activities totalling approximately 400 staff.

This is a fast paced performance and quality driven environment which handles 736,000 calls per year a significant number of which arrive through the ‘999’ facility.

You will be responsible for leading, managing and developing a quality, cost effective, performance measured and pro-active Call Management Service, which makes a positive contribution towards the achievement of the strategic aims and business plans of Nottinghamshire Police.
