It is important that as a Force we reflect the diversity of the communities we serve, therefore Wiltshire Police are looking to recruit an experienced HR practitioner specialising in diversity. You must be CIPD qualified, be highly experienced in generalist HR and be an expert in diversity issues and employment legislation. We need a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to develop and deliver plans and strategies which support our aims of having a diverse workforce.
You will have excellent communications skills, strong team management and leadership skills and be able to influence and persuade at all levels.
