Hours: 2 Posts -Temporary for up to one year. 37 hours per week

These temporary posts will be attached to the HQ Force Learning and Development Department within the IT Team, you will develop and deliver learning programmes targeted at roles which will benefit from the use of mobile data.
You will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Learning and Development or equivalent, have experience of working as part of a team and possess demonstrably high levels of communication, persuasion and presentation skills.
Contact with students will be targeted at 70%. The remaining time will be allocated to preparation, planning and level 1 evaluation. Responsibility for leadership and pastoral care of students will be maintained throughout the defined period of any course being delivered. Assessment of students’ competencies will be integral to all programmes, in accordance with defined procedures for each course.
The ability to visit other locations in the Force and work occasional evenings and weekends is essential.
Successful reserve applicants for the above post will be placed on a pass list for the same job, which may arise in other areas of the Force over the next 12 months.
