Traffic Management Manager

A vacancy exists for a Traffic Management manager, the post will effectively manage the department ensuring available resources are efficiently utilised and directed towards the achievement of department objectives and service level agreements, providing a quality service which matches the policing strategies of the department and the Force to reduce the road casualties and to be involved in a partnership approach to road policing issues.
They will also be responsible for the monitoring the Safety Camera Partnership Budget of £1.59 M.
The applicant must have experience in the field of road policing and casualty reduction. In addition they must be able to manage budgets, be an effective communicator and be able to understand and interpret statistical information
Successful reserve applicants for the above post will be placed on a pass list for the same job, which may arise in other areas of the Force over the next 12 months.
