Salary: W4 £15,576 per annum rising to £16,464 in two annual increments
As Administrator for the Joint Services based at Police Headquarters in Devizes you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Emergency Communications Centre ensuring that the day to day operation and support arrangements meet the required standards. This will include liaising with other agencies and departments within all three Emergency Services. The post holder will be responsible for coordinating the work required to ensure the continuous provision of the Emergency Communications Centre services and facilities to the three Emergency Services.
To be successful in this role you will have previous administrative experience, sound organisational skills and computerised diary management experience together with IT skills preferably using MS Word and other Microsoft products. Report writing skills, the ability to organise meetings and take minutes is also a requirement of the role.
