Our client is looking for someone who has previous experience of being an Anti-Social Behaviour Case Manager.
You will be asked to do the following day to day duties:
• To give advice to partner agencies on appropriate interventions.
• Use of a multi agency database (FLARE) to update records.
• Contact complaints, victims and alleged perpetrators to assess the level of behaviour, decide on a suitable intervention or action and gather evidence where necessary.
• Liaise with partner agencies to give / receive information on ASB cases.
• Arrange multi agency meetings, or refer cases to monthly ASB forum to review and develop appropriate action plan.
• Monitor ongoing cases and use enforcement tools and powers where necessary, can include going to court, or escalate where necessary.
• Provide ongoing support to victims, witnesses and perpetrators, keeping in regular contact on the progress of the case.
• Liaise with Communications Officer to publicise appropriate cases / action.
• Attend public meetings and other events to publicise work of Safer Communities and / or Safer Communities ASB Team.
