Fast Track Administrators
37 hours per week, Hours will be 08.00 – 16.30 Monday to Thursday and 08.00 – 16.00 Friday.
As a Fast Track Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Case Director working within the National and Local Criminal Justice guidelines and timescales in order to prosecute offenders at the first court appearance. You will ensure delivery of files to court for first hearing and ensure that original media used to record interviews with suspects is despatched for secure preservation.
You will be required to liaise with internal and external agencies and ensure files are accurately prepared and processed, update and maintain computer databases and retrieve relevant data in order to provide an accurate audit trail in accordance with legislation and force policy. Administrators will liaise closely with colleagues in the File Upgrade Room and at times provide assistance to the unit.
You will ideally have a good standard of education, or equivalent standard of experience working in an administrative role, and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
