We are seeking transferee applicants or re-joiners from Home Office forces who have successfully completed their probationary period to work in the following areas:-

The Opportunities

Detective Constables – We are seeking experienced detectives to work in our Public Protection Command within our Adult Sexual Offences Investigation team (ASAIT) and our Child Abuse Investigations Team (CAIT) in Colchester, Chelmsford, Harlow, Grays, Basildon or Southend. Applications are particularly welcomed from officers who have completed Special Child Abuse Investigators Development Programme (SCAIDP) training and have experience of working within child abuse.

Uniformed Police Constables – We are seeking experienced Constables to undertake roles within Local Policing Teams and Community Policing Teams around the county of Essex.
