We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated and organised individual to the post of CLDP Programme Co-ordinator.
The role supports the Management Development training team, reporting to the team leader. This post is pivotal to the successful implementation of the Core Leadership Development Programme supporting the strategic aims of West Mercia.
The successful candidate will have:
• education to GCE A Level standard or equivalent, or have significant work experience at programme support or senior administrator level
• experience of working as part of a team and be able to demonstrate an ability to take on responsibility
• demonstrated success and a desire to improve and achieve high standards of support
• A work ethic that ensures the team have the support they need, when they need it
• Knowledge of Microsoft ACCESS database
