General Administration Clerk/Typist - Sheffield District
Working 18.5 hpw Monday to Friday afternoons, (maybe flexible),
£12,138 - £15,327 pro rata
Working 18.5 hpw Monday to Friday afternoons, (maybe flexible), you will provide wide-ranging administrative and clerical support including, using desktop applications to provide letters, reports, memos and standard forms. In addition you will deal with general telephone calls, filing and photocopying.
To be considered you will need to demonstrate previous clerical/administrative experience combined with keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft applications. You will have good communication skills and be tactful and diplomatic when dealing with people. You will be well-organised and able to work to deadlines. You will also be flexible to meet the needs of the service and may need to work bank holidays on a rota basis and some overtime when required.
