Volunteers Co-ordinator

In this challenging yet rewarding post you will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of an effective Police Volunteer Support Team across East Berkshire. You will act as a champion for volunteers across the area, liaising with Police Officers and Police Staff to ensure effective working relationships are developed and maintained. You will be required to undertake local recruitment campaigns and attend internal and external meetings, providing advice on the involvement of volunteers in accordance with Thames Valley Police polices and procedures.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent administrative abilities, good time management and experience of managing at a supervisory level. Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, you will be IT literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
