Details:
Responsible for managing and leading the analytical team, you will provide professional guidance to Senior Management and partners with the aim of improving service delivery through the production of analytical products.
You will liaise with the Area commander to ensure products optimise service delivery and meet the needs of the BCU, replicating this process at Force level. Furthermore, you will organise, plan and produce the Strategic Assessment to inform business, planning and financial decision making.
Educated to A level standard or equivalent, you will have the ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will deliver presentations, attend and engage in briefings and meetings within a police and partnership environment. Experience of managing people and working with minimum supervision is also a must.
