This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and enthusiastic accountancy team contributing to significant performance improvements within Cambridgeshire Constabulary.
Reporting to the Principal Financial Accountant, you will take the lead in monitoring and forecasting expenditure on the Constabulary¿s capital investment programme and in accounting for the Constabulary¿s fixed assets.
You will be AAT qualified with a sound knowledge of Local Government finance. You will have well developed IT skills, be familiar with integrated financial systems and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with other members of the Finance Team.
