Salary range £18,969 – £20,736/£21,342 p.a. 37 hour week. Reference No. H03/07
We develop and maintain many computer systems that are fundamental to policing e.g. Crime Recording, Command and Control. These systems are delivered throughout three counties via our extensive data network.
The successful candidate will be a self motivated individual to lead the IT Procurement Team to manage the administration of the equipment purchase process including stock control and maintenance of the Force’s IT inventory.
The successful candidate will:
be educated to GCSE standard at grade C or above or equivalent
have experience of a Procurement and/or stock management environment
have previous supervisory experience
be able to work well under pressure and to deadlines
be computer literate, preferably with experience of MS Office
have good written communication skills - in particular accurate and methodical record keeping abilities
