JOB SHARE INSURANCE ADMIN OFFICER– HQ BUSINESS SERVICES
FUNCTION – FLEET MANAGEMENT
Hours of work:
37 hours per fortnight working between the hours of 9am-5pm (flexi-time) either:
Every other week, Monday to Friday
or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday the first week and Thursday Friday the next.
As part of the Fleet Management Admin Team; maintain accurate records and
recording systems for vehicle insurance claims and accidents and to liaise with
Fleet Workshop staff/external repairers in order to estimate accident repair
costs.
At least one year’s previous administrative experience is anticipated along with enhanced numerical skills and enhanced literacy skills. Good computer keyboard skills for the input and retrieval of information from
spreadsheet /database systems are also expected.
It is expected that applicants will have a City & Guilds Level III/ A Levels/or
BTEC in a relevant subject or an approved equivalent. Applicants not in
possession of these qualifications will be required to undertake the Critical
Reasoning Test Battery.
