There are two full time posts one based at Central Police Station and a second post based at Carlton Police Station.
The aim of the roles is to provide a full range of secretarial and support services to the whole Divisional Command Team, ensuring a professional image of the organisation is maintained at all times. This will include being the first point of contact for customers whilst managing, delegating and directing queries to the most appropriate resource.
You will have five years experience in a Personal Assistant or Senior Secretary role or have a qualification in Management or Admin Management. You will also have the ability to manage peers and hold the European Computer Driving License or a similar qualification. Finally you will possess RSA III typing/word processing or be able to type to an equivalent standard.
