Performance Unit Team Leader - Sheffield District
Working 16 hpw Job share, you will support the district management teams and oversee all elements of district performance management, including provision of data and analysis to the command teams and partnership and supporting performance assessment visits including HMIC and internal Senior Command Team performance visits.
To be successful you must have experience in an environment where there has been a requirement to present statistical data (e.g. Finance Department) together with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Applications including word and excel. With previous supervisory experience you will be accurate, able to prioritise your workload whilst achieving demanding deadlines. A full current driving licence is also essential, as you may be required to work from different locations. In addition knowledge of the Service Plan Process and updating Internet web pages (MS Front Page) would be desirable.
