Salary Range £28,401 – £31,689/£32,553 p.a. (Pay award pending). 37 hour week. Reference No. H12/01
Our aim is to become one of the best performing police forces in energy and environmental matters.
We are actively working to reduce the Force’s carbon footprint and environmental impact.
The post will involve working alone and within teams to enhance policies and procedures. This will require close working relationships with energy champions, Headquarters & Divisional staff, Capital and Maintenance Teams.
Do you have the skills and passion to meet our demanding requirements?
Are you able to advise, educate and train at all levels within the Force on energy efficient equipment and environmentally friendly products?
Do you have a HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Energy or Building Services discipline and possess one or more of the following:- proven records of EMS training in Building Services Engineering; H&S awareness; Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Test. A working knowledge of building services plant operation and control strategies plus a full, car driving licence.
If so then you are the person we want. You will be working as a member of the Estates Team and will be Forces Advisor on all energy & environmental matters.
