Office Manager - Community Safety Department
You will have responsibility for the efficient supervision of the Community Safety Support Services Unit of the Community Safety Department. You will be accountable for the supervision of secretarial, administration and custodian staff as well as their training, development, welfare and development. In addition you will manage the performance of the department, attend management team meetings, provide management data and deputise in the absence of the business manager.
To be considered you will need experience of working with Microsoft Office and HR Oracle or equivalent, combined with supervisory experience and be qualified to level 4 management. You will be able to achieve deadlines, organise workloads and use your initiative. Able to produce well-structured reports, you will have excellent communication skills. You will create opportunities for staff to learn and develop and actively promote change.
