Please note that there are two secretary vacancies



You will provide a personal secretarial support service to senior staff, as required. This will include managing diaries, scheduling appointments, receiving visitors and dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure duties are performed efficiently and effectively.


You will also be responsible for organising and maintaining an effective computer and paper-based filing system to ensure files are kept up to date, including management of confidential staff records.

You'll prepare, plan and co-ordinate agenda items for relevant meetings to ensure the timely circulation and presentation of information, and undertake the accurate recordings and dissemination of decisions.

It is essential to hold a qualification in English, to GCSE standard or equivalent, and have an RSA II word processing/typing qualification or an equivalent level of skill. You must have previous experience in minute taking and audio typing, as well as proven experience in a secretarial role. The ability to drive with access to own transport is required for this role.
