Analyst - Public Protection
G4S Police Recruit are looking for an Analyst to work in the Public Protection Unit.
The role will include analysing information relating to PPU crimes against areas, different systems and individuals both Police and Public, with a view to providing trend intelligence relating to individual and area.
The ideal candidate should have the following experiece:-
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge and experience in using a number of specialised software packages.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex analysis to a non technical audience.
- Ability to deal diplomatically with key bodies and senior officers
- Experience in researching information from a variety of sources including preparation and presentation of findings
- Experience of interogating databases, including Microsoft Office or similar
Experience of compiling and producing reports and management information
- Able to form effective working relationships with colleagues, partner agencies and members of the public
- Able to use own initiative and work unsupervised
- EXPERIENCE WITHIN PUBLIC PROTECTION WOULD BE A DISTINCT ADVANTAGE
