Human Resources Area Officer
Location: Force Headquarters – Nettleham, Lincoln. Post will include travel throughout the county.
Grade: (SOG 23 – 27)
Salary: £22,233 - £25,392
Hours of Work: Full Time (37 hours)

Working with and deputising for the Area HR Manager, you will be involved in a broad spectrum of HR activities, ranging from employee relations to workforce planning and development. You will act as a source of expertise and advice to managers in dealing with conduct and performance issues.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified (or nearing completion) with proven experience in a generalist HR officer role. Whether your background is in the public or private sector, you will have good organisational and planning skills with the ability to drive change and improvement.
