Essential Skills/Experience:
Investigation - Monitor and evaluate the quality of investigations, monitor and evaluate the interview process.
Intelligence - Use information/intelligence to support policing objectives, evaluate information to determine its intellegence potential, disseminate intelligence to support operational policing.
Managing the organisation - Provide specialist advice and knowledge, participate in meetings, evaluate information to support action, co-ordinate multiple projects, Monitor the quality of service provision.
Police Operations - Identify and manage operational threats and risks.
Managing and developing people - Supervise the work of teams and individuals, develop individuals and teams to enhance performance
