We are looking for a Disclosures Vetting Officer to help the Disclosures team provide an effective, high quality service, checking, assessing and disseminating information on criminal convictions and intelligence information for the Criminal Records Bureau and other agencies.
With a minimum of 3 GCSE’s or equivalent (including English Language) or relevant experience in data retrieval, you will have the ability to screen and retrieve information required, read, understand and interpret it. With basic keyboarding skills, you will already have an understanding of, and an aptitude for, the use of computers and associated technology and have the ability to quickly learn new systems.
With a customer focused approach, you should be able to work with superb attention to detail in order to ensure that information is accurate. You will have good communication skills to deal with outside agencies, be organised and methodical in your work and be able to use your own initiative to analyse and resolve problems when they arise.
