PART TIME VULNERABILITY SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR Ref 309/07
Salary £19,539 per annum (Pro-Rata)
Your working week will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, working 22.5
hours.
Your role will be to provide administration support to enable Users to make effective use of the Force wide PROtect and Business Objects for PROtect Vulnerability Data Systems. You will be required to provide advice and guidance on policy and practices and deal with the business process brought about by change.
Applicants should possess City & Guilds level lll / A levels / or BTEC in a
relevant subject or an approved equivalent. Applicants not in possession of the minimum qualifications will be required to undertake the Critical
Reasoning Test Battery Series and must achieve a pass in both papers.
Applicants will be required to successfully complete an excel testing session at an advanced level.
Applicants will require at least two years administration experience, e.g.
composing original letters and documents, processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, exercising judgment in processes and people.
The ideal candidate will also possess enhanced numerical skills, e.g. performing complex calculations; enhanced literacy skills, e.g. composing
original memos, letters or short reports on a regular basis, statement writing
and enhanced keyboard skills, e.g. use of spreadsheets, inputting into database systems, etc. where accuracy is essential but speed is not a key
demand.
