Team Leader and Trainer
Location: Prestwich
Supervising a team to ensure they carry out their duties in accordance with orders, you will provide guidance, encouragement, counseling, leadership and training to assist in their professional development.
With operating knowledge of the PNC, GMPICS, Microsoft Office, Airwaves, OPUS and the Data Protection Act 1998, you will train personnel in a classroom environment. Capable of carrying out administrative duties you will formulate and run courses, knowledge of Quality of Service issues in relation to customer care is also essential to this post.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a job related assessment.
